From Secret Wars #8
Trapped on a planet on the far side of the universe, facing possible destruction from either Galactus, the Beyonder, or Dr. Doom's assembled villains, the heroes had finally had enough. After the Wasp was seemingly murdered by the Wrecking Crew, the heroes stormed Doom's fortress and took his entire team of bad guys apart one by one.
Titania was a former 98-pound weakling named Skeeter who'd recently been granted enormous strength and invulnerability by Dr. Doom - she'd only been super for about five issues, but she had years of attitude built up. When she ran into Spider-Man during the melee, she'd just gotten done beating the She-Hulk almost to death, and figured it was going to be an easy-peasy smashing for the outclassed webhead.
Instead, Spider-Man beat her into a mental breakdown.
I was nine years old when I first read this, and I'm sure I cheered when I read that FWHA-BLAMM! (which, yes, is exactly the sound a super-powered amazon makes when she's been chucked through a wall).
Secret Wars #8 is mostly known for being the issue where Spider-Man got his black costume (the red and blues were shredded by the end of this fight), but the Titania throwdown was Spidey's real shining moment in that issue, and probably in the entire series. It helped cement the webhead's place as this kid's favorite superhero, anyway.
